So there are a few things that I've neglected to talk about over the past few months and one of these is Soccer. One of the ladies in my ward organized a 'mini' soccer league that met together every Friday to do drills and play a game.
We only had the two teams. But let's face it, they're 4. They don't really need a lot of different people to play against. We're just trying to keep some from getting run over is all, and keeping others from running others over.... which happens to be different people every week, so ... it's almost like playing a new team anyway.
Aria I think had a really good time (I think that's an actual smile) and she learned a lot physically which I'm really proud of. The first few weeks were a little bit of a challenge. Lots of tears. But a few bribes later and she loves it and misses it terribly.
Jeff on the other hand. This was his face the WHOLE time. or there would be tears.

For future reference: Jake, Aria, Michael, Grant, Lincoln, Shep, Cal, Spencer, Bennett and Ellie - I promise there were more girls at the beginning of the season, but I think they slowly got trampled out. :)
