This year I took Aria out to Pearland for dance class. We had about a half hour of lapse time so we would often spend it at the park. The kids loved this one because of the really tall twirly slide.
Gotta love the hair!
We had family day at Daddy's office! So nice to have clean teeth again. :)
After that crazy hail storm we finally made it to the temple. Granted, we only did initiatories but at least we made it there.
Aria cashed in her gift card at Build a bear. She named her pink-arae after her Grandma. :)
More Toddler Tuesdays... a foam party this time. Jeff hated the bubbles.
Butterfly museum. Jeff's view.
I was just at home with this little guy and couldn't help but remark on how amazing his eyes are. So full of life and crazy color. Here they almost look green. I dunno. It changes every day, but I love them all the same. Maybe I got a little carried away with his hair... :)
Dinner at a friend's house. Aria totally needs a dog.
Sunday afternoons. we have a wonderful new friend who lets us come play with her grandkids. They love climbing and laying in the hammock.
Building forts.
Climbing fences
and trees.
We lived up the park as much as possible before school got out.
Aria loved spending time on these bars, hanging and twirling with friends, creating sandwiches and the like because they weren't allowed to play on this during recess. I think it was for older kids.
The other half of the time they spent digging for acorns. Jeff always called them unicorns.
He's got his sword ready to go on his back. Just like a true soldier.
Went to the children's museum as a preschool
and built cars at the center for contemporary craft.
Towards the end of the month we went to Aria's dance recital and had a great time finally seeing her perform.
She looked just darling...
We are so sad that Ms. Tricia will no longer be around.. :(
We also celebrated Aria's kindergarten graduation. We just loved her teacher this year and felt that she was a perfect fit for Aria and myself. Hopefully we're just as happy with next year. :)
For the grandmother's out there.... the ceremony
