Early in November, Dad decided to do something fun for our nightly 'story time'. We created our own video hopefully capturing little elements of our children that we might not otherwise have. They laugh and laugh when they watch this... It's kind of long, but if you really want to know them...
Aria's been trying a new dance class that's all about 'creative movement'. It's been really fun to get out some energy this way and we adore it's casual atmosphere and 'raw' environment. It's literally a hole in the wall. But pretty amazing. I'm thinking about trying a class out here myself.. :)
Jeff is a total ham and loves singing to the radio. He also loves showing off for the camera.. Here's just a little dose of him trying to sing along with a video his Uncle Jared sent us.
Grandpa Trey and Grandma Julie came to visit us for Thanksgiving along with Uncle Ben and Aunt Michaila. We had a lovely time with them and it was so fun for our kids to play with some cousins.
For one of our activities we went and watched Jeff's musical performance dress rehearsal. He was totally afraid of the height of the stage. Cried all the way up there and stood there like a Popsicle stick for the rest of it. Little stinker. But his outfit was pretty dang cute!
We did lots of cuddling and reading stories
We ate a lot (of vegetables). Thanks to me!! :)
And we played lots of fun games.
We went and saw Santa... Aria happily went along... this year she wanted 'surprises'. Jeff wanted 'Finn McMissile'! As you can see in the video they were both very happy to be there...
I love that our Santa has a Texan accent. :)
Cohen and Myla on the other hand...
We did lots of fun things while they were here and we are always so glad when they come to visit. They even helped us put up our Christmas tree. I couldn't have imagined a better Thanksgiving holiday.
