'touching' the temple. I love how on the grounds of the temple you can always feel the spirit. I loved this special walk around this temple with my little girl. The Portland temple is surrounded by green and is so beautiful. The stone on the outside is especially beautiful. There's a beautiful picture of the temple that I took here.

The next day we went to some actual tide pools. Saw some starfish, crabs, anemone and check out those mussels!! There were so many. It was really beautiful. It's breathtaking to think about the life that goes on under our noses and we aren't even aware that it exists.

It was so nice to enjoy some cold weather for awhile.

It was really foggy when we visited this lighthouse. Which made the line short to get up inside it, but it was really awesome inside. We just missed out on the view. Why is Jeff so darn smiley?

This is the free-standing spiral staircase. My legs were burning by the time we got to the top. I'm on the 2nd floor from the top (4th floor) and Nate's on the 3rd floor. Pretty awesome experience. Here is Aria in the oil storage room. I just couldn't pass up this growl. She's such a boy sometimes.

Due to the fog and rain we spent most of the afternoon in the aquarium in Newport. Yes that's a real shark jaw... :) I LOVED the jelly fish. and when you touch anemone they grab on to you. It's crazy!

I just liked this picture at the aquarium. What else can I say? Cute playground though.

The top picture was the view from our window. If you look really closely you can see where Nate told me he loves me. :) And the bottom picture is from the whale watching boat. Sounded really awesome. I was feeling kinda seasick already and decided to stay on shore with my baby. :)

Oregon is really beautiful. and so is my husband... :)

It was really cold out and we forgot out jackets so Grandpa shared his with Aria. They had a true bonding moment. It was adorable.

I just love his eyes.

On the way to Nate's hometown there's this .....

A war memorial in the shape of what they think Stonehenge once was. It was pretty cool to see how big it was. And Jeff's just so dang cute with pink heart sunglasses.
one word for this pictures.... drool. I love it!!!

One of my favorite shoots ever with my daughter. It was crazy windy! But we had fun together... that's the most important thing to me.

Hope you all enjoyed reading about our trip. We loved it!
