Mom's first attempt at 'craft time'

As long as you leave out all the play dough and coloring book moments...

I saw this thing where you spread glue all over your pumpkins and then dump glitter all over them. I thought - let's try using brown sugar and cinnamon instead? Maybe it'll have the same look and SMELL amazing! Aria loved the cinnamon shaker. They didn't turn out anything like I thought they would, but Aria and I sure had a good time doing it. Thanks Dad for taking the picture - Moms - don't be afraid to try things like this. Brown sugar - it vacuums and washes out of clothing.

How fun!

I just sent a check in the mail for you to help with the groceries and other Thanksgiving preparations. We'll have to talk menu plans later and figure out what I can bring from here and make there. I am so excited!
